Each spring the proud citizens of Silver Dollar City welcome international performers from around the world to share their stories and trade traditions with our guests visiting Ozark Mountain Country. It's a celebration of harmony and goodwill where smiles resonate across oceans, laughter resounds throughout cultures, dance links all people and music is the universal language!
Ireland's Feet of Fire! is an elaborate new stage show features live Irish
music, champion step dancers and symbolic fire dancing from the Emerald Isle. Plus, see the NEW Watoto Children's Choir from Uganda, Zunyi Acrobats of China and much more! See these exciting shows plus many others including: Steel Drums

Throughout this 23 day event you will see 3-time Grammy Award-winning artists the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band in a special concert on May 30! Plus, 6-time IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year Rhonda Vincent comes home to Silver Dollar City May 11-13, IBMA Entertainers of the Year The Grascals return May 25-29, and 2006 Grammy Nominee Cherry Holmes will perform May 26-28.
The 2nd Annual Single Mic Championship will be held May 17 & 18. Watch amateurs and professionals dual for top honors in this exciting musical style. Back by popular demand, the Youth In Bluegrass Band Contest will be held May 24 & 25. See tomorrows top stars storm the stage with tight, family-style harmonies.

Mast magician & illusionist Peter Gossamer presents mystifying tests of mind over matter with baffling vanishings, mind-boggling levitations and spellbinding feats that will leave you in awe! Circus of the Century - the greatest show on ice delivers never-before-seen acts combining all the fun of the circus with the beauty and grace of precision ice skating.
Veggie Tales® Presents: The Invention of Silliness! Tune in with Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber in this zany show. The folks from Kid Concoctions™ return with a new and expanded activities area and the Interactive Barn! Championship Clogging features young award-winning, competition dance teams from around the nation sharing the tradition of folk dance in America.
All this, plus over 30 other rides and attractions including The Giant Swing, 10 family rides at The Grand Exposition, the high-speed, multi-looping WildFire®, the corkscrew curves of Thunderation, the white river rapids of The Lost River of the Ozarks and PowderKeg® - launching from zero to breathless in 2.8 seconds! September 11 - October 25, 2008: National Harvest Festival
It's a new name, but the same great festival with two events in one!
The Home of American Craftsmanship, Silver Dollar City welcomes over 100 visiting craftsmen, over 400 of the nation's finest musicians, and back by popular demand our signature stage show, Headin' West, during the NationalHarvest Festival!
Round up your crew during the month of September for our Salute to the Great American Cowboy! See the nine-time Grammy winning kings of Texas swing - "Asleep at the Wheel" in concert September 20, plus your favorite cowboy celebrities and more.

November 1 - December 30, 2008: An Old Time Christmas
Experience the magic of Christmas like never before when you visit this holiday season! Through the festival, the entire park is transformed into a breathtaking holiday Wonderland with millions of lights and festive decorations! Silver Dollar City presents the Dickens Christmas Carol, complete with flying spirits, disappearing ghosts and singing statues
surprises its audience with amazing special effects. You will be transported to Dickens' London where through humor an inspiration, this familiar story will warm your hearts in a brand new way.
That jolly, happy soul, Frosty The Snowman is coming to town! See him come to life in a self-titled All-NEW Show for the entire family.
Take yourself to the little town of Bethlehem in The Living Nativity, where the real reason for this season is revealed in a celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ.
Santa's Sleigh joins the acclaimed Holiday Light Parade, with a reindeer in the lead and Santa at the reins. Santa's gigantic toy sack spills the Gifts of Christmas out the back, as the entire float glows with over 3,000 lights. The popular parade of colorful floats, emblazoned in over 80,000 lights, glide through the streets of the City twice each evening.
During the Tree Lighting Celebration, the entire City is transformed into a holiday wonderland as each evening at 5:30 p.m. as guests join together on the Square for the lighting of the dazzling, 7-story Special Effects
Christmas Tree. With over 450,000 lights adorning the surrounding buildings and trees and coordinated to blaze to the musical movements of Christmas songs, this unique Christmas Tree presents classics such as "Carol of the Bells" and Handel’s "Hallelujah Chorus" in a spectacular light and sound show.
