REQUIREMENTS
This offer is primarily designed for married couples or single women between
the ages of 28 and 80 with a combined annual income of at least $35,000 or
$40,000 if single. A combined annual income of $30,000 is required if retired
and married. Guests must live 100 miles or more away from Branson. Guests must
provide a legal form of photographic identification, such as a driver’s license
with matching address and a valid major credit card. Debit cards are not
acceptable. If married, both husband and wife must attend an approximate 2 -hour
presentation about our vacation plan (includes registration and gift). Guests
must be U.S. or Canadian citizens and both husband and wife speak and understand
English. Campground Membership owners and Travel Club Membership owners do not
qualify. Coast to Coast and RPI members are not accepted. Only one offer is
available per family per vehicle traveling together. Previous participants who
have attended a presentation through VSA within the last 24 months are
ineligible. This offer is being made by Branson’s Best Reservations. This offer
is being made for the purpose of soliciting the sale of vacation ownership.
There is no cost or obligation to purchase.
* COMPANY POLICY
Our company policy specifies there are no transfers of the Vacation Package.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer made by Vacation
Services of America, to current owners or anyone having attended the
presentation within the last 24 months. This offer is not valid with groups of
two or more families traveling together or meeting at the resort with the same
arrival date using the same letter regardless of how it was obtained. *Due to
limited seating, children will not be allowed to attend the presentation.
Daycare is available to children above the age of 2. Only one sales presentation
may be attended during your stay in Branson, Missouri.
All cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival are subject to a 10%
cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes made within 14 days of arrival are
subject to theatre and/or hotel cancel/refund policies. If any tickets or
deposits are non-refundable/non-exchangeable, they will be deducted from your
refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival are nonrefundable. If a deposit
is required, your deposit is for the reservation of seating only. The deposit
will be refunded upon completion of your tour.
* IF YOU PURCHASED A DISCOUNTED PACKAGE AND YOU DO NOT MEET THE REQUIRMENTS ABOVE, OR IF YOU FAIL TO TAKE THE TOUR, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL RETAIL PACKAGE PRICE. IF YOU ARE RECEIVING GIFTS AND YOU DO NOT QUALIFY OR FAIL TO TAKE THE TOUR, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GIFTS.
